Premium Matched Arrow Shafts – 6 pack. These are high-quality wooden arrow shafts (unfinished arrows) for archers who prefer to craft or customize their own arrows. Each set of 6 shafts is spine and weight matched, meaning they have been measured to flex the same and weigh the same, ensuring consistency in your finished arrows. They come already straightened, self-nock grooves cut, and sealed/varnished – only fletching and points need to be added.
Quantity: 6 shafts (no fletching’s, no points).
Material: Premium Pine or Cedar wood. Diameter: 5/16″ or 11/32″ (select based on spine).
Spine: Matched set (you will choose an approximate spine rating – see options).
Length: Full-length shafts (~32″ before any cut). Weight matched: yes, within a few grains.
Prep: Each shaft has self-nock cut (no inserts, just cut grooves) and is varnished. They may have cresting lines pre-marked or left blank.
Spine Weight: Choose the spine group (e.g., 40–45#, 50–55# etc.) that you need for your bow.
Diameter: Will correlate with spine (heavier spines likely 11/32″, lighter spines 5/16″; we’ll supply appropriate diameter).
Cut Length: Default full length; optionally, we can cut and taper the shafts to a specified length (customer can indicate desired length if known).
