Premium Competition Arrows – Set of 6. These are high-quality wooden arrows suitable for traditional competition or serious target shooting. Each arrow in the set is carefully crafted and spine & weight matched for consistent performance. They come fully finished: self-nocked, fletched, and sealed with clear varnish. Ideal for use with bows in the 30–50# range.
Quantity: 6 arrows.
Spine: Matched within set (choose option appropriate to bow poundage).
Weight Matched: Yes, all arrows in set are within a few grains of each other.
Shaft: Premium Pine or Cedar (for example) or similar, 11/32″ diameter.
Length: full length (~30″) can be trimmed; typically for up to 28″ draw (we can cut to customer’s draw length on request).
Fletching: 3 × 5″ shield-cut feathers (e.g., one barred cock feather, two solid hens) for
traditional look.
Nock: Self-nocked (the nock is carved from the shaft itself, reinforced with thread or horn insert).
Finish: Sealed and polished, with cresting (coloured bands) optional. Field points installed (100 grain standard field tips).
Spine Weight: Select spine group to match bow (e.g., “For 30–35# bows”, “40–45#”, or “50–55#” etc.). This ensures the arrows are tuned to the bow’s draw weight.
Shaft Length: Choose full length or request custom cut length (if custom, we will cut and taper points accordingly).
